A nanny placement agency can help families find their ideal nanny, babysitter, or child caregiver. Our agency conducts a thorough interview and screening process for all applicant’s applying for a part-time and full-time Home Manager/Nanny and Nanny positions. We also require families to participate in our brief Family In-take Assessment to determine their needs and if we are the best fit for their family. We offer a range of part-time and full-time opportunities to nannies and programs to families that are interested in partnering with our agency. We are recruiting nannies for After-school Care, Overnight Care, Live Events, General Nanny Services and Babysitting.

We serve children 1 to 12 years old.

A Home Manager/Nanny is responsible for both childcare and household management. Their daily routine can start with preparing breakfast for one or more children, transporting them to school, and doing laundry, grocery shopping, managing family vacations, and other responsibilities that help families keep organized. Our team has a minimum of three years Home Manager/Nanny experience, or a minimum of one year working in childcare in different capacities such as babysitting, after-school programs, child sports leader and similar is required.

A nanny is a professional domestic childcare giver or provider that offers childcare in the home of the child. The nanny is responsible for prioritizing safety in the places the child frequents; engages child in learning activities and projects that stimulate them cognitively, physically, emotionally, and socially; and attends to the care needs set-forth by the family and nanny.  Nannies should be treated like a normal employee when hired to ensure legal compensation, and fair and professional treatment.

An elite nanny has been in the nanny industry or childcare field for three years or longer. They have served children and families in different capacities like after-school programs, youth sport camps, foreign language, education and more! They typically possess the knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics that parents value.

Our hourly rate starts at $25 per hour for elite nannies.

Our placement fee is non-refundable, and 20% of the nanny’s annual salary. Our placement fee covers the first 60 days of placement.

Replace your first nanny within 60 days of hire at no additional charge. We have 30 additional days to replace the nanny before family has to pay for a replacement or work with a different agency.

The agency will post jobs to our job board as they become available.

All payments are due prior to receiving services. The Booking Fee is nonrefundable and due immediately to secure your spot. Our Booking Fee is $195 for Nanny Services and Live Events, but only $35 for Babysitting Services! Families must pay the Booking Fee in full for ALL services. *Only 50% of the Service Fee is due for all Live Events but the full amount is due prior to official date. The event may require more than one caregiver to which the owner will assign the job. The owner is present at all events unless discussed with the family prior to booking. Families must book a minimum of four (4) hours for ALL services.

All events are $250 for 4 hours and $62.50 per additional hour. All weddings are $300 for 4 hours and $75 per additional hour.
