Program Guidelines
- • Private or group lessons up to 1:3 ratio (Coach to Swimmer) NO EXCEPTIONS. Up to three students per 30 minutes sessions.
- • Complete and return the Scholarship Application to the respective person on or before the due date.
- • Must be able to prove (with meal voucher or most recent tax return) financial need by meeting the current Income Eligibility Guidelines for Free & Reduced-price meals as set by the Florida Department of Health.
- • If awarded financial assistance, this program will become a priority and commitment to swimming lessons during the scheduled period. See Program Attendance Policy.
- • Siblings must swim at the same level to swim as a group. Otherwise, swimmer must swim in a separate group and family will need to wait on premises for all children responsible for.
- • A one-time payment of $25 is due per family to enroll in the program. Families that adhere to the program guidelines will be reimbursed their enrollment fee at the end of the thirteen (13) week program.
Program Attendance Policy
- • Swimmers may only miss one lesson per month.
- • Swimmers must arrive on time to participate in lessons. 10 minutes after the start time, swimmers are not allowed to access the water.
- • Failure to comply with program attendance requirement can result in the swimmer losing their scholarship. Please consult Program Coach for assistance when necessary.
