Employer Meet & Greet

Hiring Process

  Send family a sample job description, service agreement and non-disclosure agreement to draft
Send drafted job description, service agreement, non-disclosure, I-9 (proves citizenship), W2 (due to family by January 1) to candidate for review.
Family pays 20% of nanny’s annual gross salary prior to nannies’ signature on the job description and agreement.
OPTIONAL: Human Resources and Payroll Referral to GTM for domestic staff pay, taxes and questions regarding employment.
Observe nanny first 30 days. Successful? Receives $200 Sign-on Bonus! After 60 days, agency follow-up with nanny and family for feedback on their relationship.

During 60-Days Observation

We aim to replace your first nanny within the first 60 days of hire FREE OF CHARGE! We have 30 additional days to replace the nanny before the family chooses to pay again to search our database or work with a different agency. We work diligent to match the best nanny with the right family on our first attempt. If you have any problems within this timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately for support. We look forward to resolving your concerns and beginning a new search for your family if needed.
Our placement fee is due one-time per candidate placement. We aim to replace your first nanny within the first 30 days without an additional fee. We have 30 additional days to replace nanny before family chooses to pay again to search or work with a different agency.
Answer all questions and offer feedback.
Facilitate future interviews. If the agency is unable to find another match within the first 60-days, the family can choose to go with another agency.
Ongoing support from the agency.
Our placement fee is a one-time, nonrefundable fee.
